OUR MISSION
VeteraNetwork is a registered 501(c)3 organization offering a variety of skill-development, career enhancement and placement solutions. We serve active or discharged military, transitioning front-line workers, underprivileged and underserved communities.
We combine specialized up-skilling platforms and an ecosystem of industry experts to deliver inclusion and diversity programs. These programs include customized training solutions, mentorship, curriculum development and career preparation services.
Our organization is dedicated to opening doors for those in need to acquire the proper skills and mindset necessary to maintain a sustainable career in the technology field.
WHAT WE DO
VeteraNetwork combines fundamental inter-networking principals along with access to our uniquely specialized lab environment. Our multi-phased system provides self-paced learning, support, accountability and mentorship.
Career transitional services may also be provided through our partnerships, supplying invaluable hands-on experience and professional services to select graduated candidates.

VICE PRESIDENT OF TALENT DEVELOPMENT Peter offers his 20 plus years in Sales & Marketing and 8+ years of technical recruiting experience to help VeteraNetwork achieve its highest level of excellence by mentoring our Candidates for their next mission... Employment. He offers his knowledge to assist our Military through the process step by step and is always looking to give a helping hand with the highest level of integrity.
CHIEF ARCHITECT An Air Force Veteran and Internetwork Instructor for over 15 years, Paul is committed to providing industry leading content and assistance to his fellow Veterans. Paul has a direct impact on all of VeteraNetwork’s candidates through his self-paced videos, assessments, custom lab tool and lab guides. Paul is looking forward to creating more phases and tracks as technologies continue to evolve!
DIRECTOR, CAREER TRANSITION SERVICES I am a career entrepreneur, with 25 years of experience in technology consulting, training and recruiting, supporting clientele ranging from global financials and large healthcare organizations, to tech startups and SMB. My focus is career counseling and development for discharged veterans and developing unrealized talent pipelines for our clients.
PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT A native of New Jersey, Chris Paradise applies his diverse leadership experience into VeteraNetwork. His roles within VetNet span from seeking strategic partnerships, to administrative/operational management and support. Chris became intrigued by the mission that VetNet was about to embark on in September 2015. He immediately wanted to help with this amazing effort that which was to be extended to our US Heroes!
COURSEWORK DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER Stephen Kiraly brings his skill set to help develop and materialize coursework for our mission. He also assists in the mentorship of students as they go through Internetwork Mentorship. To quote Jeff Miller, “The willingness of America’s veterans to sacrifice for our country has earned them our lasting gratitude.” It is an absolute honor to be part of VeteraNetwork and to help transition veterans into a long lasting career.
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS Justin leverages his 8 years as a Network Engineer to spearhead VeteraNetwork’s efforts to secure all possible resources that will benefit our Nations Heroes. He is driven to expand technology skilled instruction through mentorship and professional level ammenities. Justin’s motivation can be summed up by a quote from John F. Kennedy; “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.”
